You will no longer need to book an engineer to come to your premises and you won't have to pay expensive call out fees and the benefits of using our remote support are even greater if you have multiple computers situated at different sites as they can all be supported simultaneously.
Hardware faults and major upgrades to your IT infrastructure cannot unfortunately be dealt with remotely. As part of CompuSol Ltd's remote support agreement, if you have a problem that needs to be fixed on site, we will send you an engineer at a reduced hourly rate.
Our remote support agreements are based on a monthly payment calculated on the number of workstations/servers being supported. Depending on the size and setup of your IT infrastructure, CompuSol Ltd may need to make an initial visit to your site in order to install and configure the remote support software.
