Remote Support Agreements

Our remote support agreements are based on a per workstation/server basis, these are charged as follows:

Server per month: £40

Workstation per month: £8

Engineer Visits 

Engineer visits are charged at £35 per hour + Callout Fee*

Callout Fee varies depending on locality.
